General Information
Parking is FREE. The ICESat-II workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn BWI Airport, June 27-29, 2007. The workshop is scheduled from approximately 8:00 am to 6:00 pm all three days. A draft agenda will be available soon by accessing the link on the left.
REGISTRATION
Please register via this website. For your convenience, you may also download & fax your registration.
Conference Registration Check-in will be held beginning 7:00 am on June 27th outside the Annapolis Ballroom. At that time, you will be asked to sign in and you will be given your name tag & meeting materials.
ALLOWABLE GOVERNMENT PER DIEM
Allowable Government Per Diem in the Baltimore area during June 2007 is $64 for MI&E and $148 for lodging.

The rooms are blocked at the government per diem rate of $148 per night. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. A major credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation. To cancel a reservation, you must contact the hotel directly by 6:00 pm the day prior to your arrival.

It is highly advised that reservations be made early. Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until JUNE 22, 2007 or until the block is full. If you do not make your reservations by the cut off date, you will not be guaranteed the group rate and will be subjected to the best available rate at that time.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for attendees who fail to make their reservation within the group block.
