Making its debut in October 2004, the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is surrounded by 1,500 acres of well-preserved wetlands. The hotel has 70,000 square feet of meeting space and five restaurants onsite.

Sleeping rooms are blocked at a group rate of $79 per night [plus 13% room tax]. The double occupancy rate is $109, plus tax.

---A major credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation.
To cancel a reservation, you must contact the hotel directly 72 hours prior to your arrival. You must obtain a cancellation number or your deposit will not be refunded.
There is a $50 early departure fee for guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date.

Resort Fee [Waived for DESDynI Workshop Attendees]
There is a $12.50 per room per day resort fee. The resort fee includes transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks and Downtown Disney, use of the health club, use of all recreation activities including lazy river pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball, daily newspaper, local and 800# calls, in-room coffee, high speed internet access in guest rooms, evening turndown service (upon request), self-parking.
It is highly advised that reservations be made immediately.
Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until July 9, 2007 or until the block is full.
If you do not make your reservations by the cut off date, you will not be guaranteed the group rate and will be subjected to the best available rate at that time.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for attendees who fail to make their reservation within the group block.
